HYY Events is a digital ticketing platform developed to streamline event ticket sales and entry management for large-scale events. The platform was built for a Pre-Navratri Garba event, providing attendees with a seamless way to purchase tickets online while enabling organizers to efficiently manage registrations and on-ground check-ins.
The system integrates secure online payments and generates unique QR-coded tickets for each attendee. During the event, staff members can scan and validate tickets in real time, allowing quick verification and preventing duplicate entries. This approach replaces traditional manual ticketing with a faster, more reliable digital workflow for both organizers and guests.
